About me
Thera Pearce is an experienced K-12 educator and coach in the areas of special education, literacy, and mathematics. Over the last 25 years, Thera has served in multiple capacities as a special education teacher, instructional coach, educational consultant, Director of Professional Development at DreamBox Learning, instructional designer. Thera is a life-long learner with a passion for supporting elementary educators in providing evidenced-based practices. Thera spent her early college career pursuing English at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She earned a BS, in Special Education from Greensboro College.
